When live recordings are over engineered

 If you look back at old TV shows from the 60’s and 70’s that had “live” musical performances, the musicians were often lip synching to a recorded track. By the 80’s and 90’s, this was considered tacky and fake.

It looks however, like we’re getting back to that sort of thing with tools like auto tune and pitch correction being used in live performances.

This video analyses a classic song recently recorded love and looks at the use of these tools,  I hope you find it interesting.
